Utility Access
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. Connections and disconnection of services are processed between the hours of 7am to 4pm.
If you schedule your payment after it is due, you may incur a late penalty that, if left unpaid, will result in disconnection of service.
Beginning June 15, ZIP code validation will be required for all credit card transactions made through our payment system. This added security measure helps protect cardholders and reduce fraudulent transactions.
To help avoid payment delays or declined transactions, we encourage all residents and payers to review any saved or stored payment methods before June 15 and confirm that the billing ZIP code entered matches the ZIP code associated with the card on file with your financial institution.
